Braket Premium

Braket Premium is a single subscription that makes your life on the platform nicer, everywhere at once. It is worth being upfront about what it is and, just as importantly, what it is not.

One subscription, every arena

Premium is a platform-wide subscription, not a per-game one. You pay once and it is valid across every arena on the Braket network. Compete in three different games on Braket? One Premium covers all three. It follows your Steam identity, so it travels with you the same way your profile and clan do.

You can subscribe monthly or yearly, and the yearly plan is discounted (a 20% saving over paying month to month). You manage it from the Premium card on your My matches page, where you will find the subscribe links; checkout runs through Stripe, so your payment details never touch Braket. Once you are subscribed, a little star starts following you around the site.

What Premium gives you

Every Premium perk falls into one of three buckets: access, convenience, or cosmetics. Read that list again, because there is a fourth bucket that is deliberately empty, and we will get to it.

24-hour early registration

When a studio opens registration for a tournament ahead of its public time, Premium members get into that early window: a 24-hour head start to claim your spot before the general public. For a popular tournament with a player cap, that head start is the difference between competing and watching. This is priority of access, and only access. It gets you in the door sooner; it does not get you a better seed, a bye, or any edge once the match starts.

Advanced stats

Premium sharpens the lens on the numbers. On player profiles, Premium viewers see a recent-form trend, the shape of a player's last several results, that non-Premium viewers do not. It is a scouting advantage in the reading sense, not the playing sense: better information, same game. The fundamental stats, records, win rates, and head-to-head rivals, stay free for everyone.

Private direct messages

Premium lets you start private one-to-one conversations with other players. Open a DM from anyone's profile and talk privately, in a channel only the two of you can see. Note the fairness of it: starting a new DM is the Premium action, but replying is always free. If a Premium member messages a free player, that player can answer at no cost. Premium opens the door; it does not paywall the conversation once it is open.

Clan creation and management

Anyone can join a clan for free (page 12). But creating and running one, owning the tag, the emblem, the roster, and the clan page, is a Premium perk. If you want to be the founder of a crew rather than a member of one, Premium is what lets you plant the flag.

More personal replays

Every match you record outside a tournament goes into your personal replay library. Free accounts store up to 25 personal replays; Premium raises that to 100, all with shareable links so you can hand a replay to a friend, a clanmate, or a caster. Need even more room? A separate Replay pack add-on ($1.99/month) stacks +100 stored replays on top of whatever you already have. Watching a replay costs nothing and never will; the quota is about how many of your own recordings Braket keeps for you.

Chat flair and cosmetics

The visible flex. Premium members get a gold name and a star in chat, so everyone can see you are a supporter. It is pure cosmetics, exactly as it should be: it makes you look good and does nothing else.

The promise: never pay-to-win

Here is the empty fourth bucket, stated as plainly as possible. Premium never buys competitive advantage. No paid seeds. No paid byes. No in-match edge. No stat that helps you play better, only stats that help you understand the field. The early-registration window is access to a spot, and the spot is the same spot everyone else competes for on equal terms.

This is not a marketing line; it is a design constraint the platform holds itself to. The free experience never loses anything it has today because Premium existed: Premium only ever adds. Nothing you can do as a free player gets walled off to sell it back to you. When you beat a Premium member, or lose to one, the subscription had nothing to do with it. You won or lost on play, and that is the only way anyone ever wins or loses here.

So subscribe if the perks appeal to you: the early access, the deeper stats, the private messages, the bigger replay library, the clan you want to build, the gold name you want to flex. Do it knowing that you are buying belonging and convenience, never an unfair edge. That distinction is the whole point of Premium, and Braket guards it on purpose.
