Season Passes

If you know you are going to be a regular in an arena for the season ahead, a season pass is the commitment that pays you back. It is the "I am here for all of it" ticket.

What a season pass is

A season pass is a bundle sold by a studio for one of their seasons. Where Braket Premium is a platform-wide subscription that follows you everywhere, a season pass is specific to one arena and one season. It is the local season ticket to a single game's competition, and its headline benefit is one you feel every single time a new tournament opens.

Guaranteed entry all season

This is the big one. A season pass gives you guaranteed entry to every tournament in that season, even the ones that fill up.

Remember from page 3 that some tournaments have a player cap, and once it is full, latecomers are turned away. A season pass lifts that worry entirely. When you hold the pass for a season, you are entitled to register for that season's tournaments past the cap. No refreshing the page the moment registration opens, no gambling on whether you will get a slot, no missing a tournament because you were at dinner when it filled. Your seat is reserved for the whole season. For a busy player in a popular arena, that peace of mind is the entire value.

What else is in the bundle

Beyond guaranteed entry, a season pass typically carries some extras the studio bundles in, which can include cosmetic flair and a supporter badge that marks you as someone who backed the season. The exact perks are set by the studio, and each pass lists what it includes right where you buy it, along with its price and the season it covers.

How to buy one

Season passes show up on your My matches page whenever an arena has one on sale that you do not already hold. You will see the pass's name, the season it covers, its price, and its perks, with a buy button right there.

Purchasing sends you through the studio's checkout (Braket handles the transaction plumbing so your payment details stay off Braket itself). Once you own a pass, it appears in your held-passes list on the same page, and your guaranteed-entry benefit kicks in immediately for that season's tournaments. In arenas running a preview mode without live payments, you may see a simple grant button instead of a checkout, which does the same thing for demonstration.

Passes, Premium, and the ladder

It is worth being clear on how the pieces fit, because it is easy to mix them up.

Braket Premium is one subscription across the whole network, all about convenience and belonging everywhere you go (page 11). Its early-registration perk gives you a 24-hour head start on open tournaments.

A season pass is local, one arena, one season, and its perk is stronger within its scope: not just an earlier chance at a spot, but a guaranteed spot for the whole season, cap or no cap.

They stack happily. Premium gets you in early across the network; a season pass locks in your seat for a season in the arena you care most about. And crucially, a season pass is still not pay-to-win: it guarantees your access, not your placement. You still have to win your matches like everyone else. The pass makes sure you are always at the table; what you do once you are there is entirely up to you.

If a game has become your game, and you know you will be competing all season, the season pass is the natural move. Buy it once, forget about registration deadlines, and go focus on the only thing that matters: climbing.
